1. What payment methods do you accept?

Right now, I currently accept Discover, Mastercard, American Express, and Visa.

2. How can I track my order?

You can track your order between 24-48 hours after UPS/USPS scans your order. A tracking number is also provided via email by Gem and Stone Designs.

3. What kind of materials do you use?

GOLD FILL! Almost all materials are now gold fill (except for the minimalist collection). It is a thick layer of solid gold bonded to a base metal core. This creates a beautiful and affordable alternative to solid gold jewelry. Gold fill pieces have a radiant and long-lasting shine, making them perfect for everyday wear.

4. Do you create custom pieces?

YES! If you're interested in a custom jewelry piece, reach out to me directly. I will work with you to make your jewelry dreams come to life! You will be quoted upfront before I begin creating the piece(s). 

5. What if my jewelry is damaged during shipping?

Please reach out to me immediately. We will work through a solution on getting the piece fixed/sending a new one.
