Processing:
At this time, processing time is 7-10 business days. I work diligently to ensure your piece is made to order and packaged properly. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping:
Shipping costs vary based on factors such as the shipping method, destination, and order value. The exact shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage. I offer shipping through USPS and UPS.
Priority: 1-3 Business DaysIncludes several additional features such as free tracking, up to $50 insurance coverage for loss or damage (with additional insurance available for purchase), and the option for signature confirmation upon delivery.
First Class: 3-5 Business Days
Includes tracking, but insurance coverage and signature confirmation are not automatically included. These features can be added for an additional fee.
International: Varies by Destination (Approx. 1-4 Weeks)
Shipping carriers offer tracking services for international shipments, allowing both the sender and recipient to monitor the progress of the package. Additionally, insurance options are available to protect against loss or damage during transit.
When placing an order, please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact details. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or delivery issues.
Once your order is shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
As soon as your jewelry ships, it is no longer in my hands. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution. I cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over for delivery.
Return Policy:
All Sales are Final:
Due to the importance of maintaining high sanitation standards, all sales (online and in person) are final. This policy ensures that every customer receives brand new, unworn jewelry pieces.
Returns & Exchanges:
Custom Orders - Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
International - All orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Domestic Exceptions (If Applicable) - Gem and Stone takes great care in packaging and protecting your items to prevent any damage during transit. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact gemandstonedesigns@gmail.com within 10 business days of receiving your order, and I will work with you to exchange or refund the order.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fee if an exchange is requested. Pieces must return in the same condition they were shipped in.
Cancellations:
Online and Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
